J'ai besoin de votre aide, j'ai un beau portable tout neuf mais qui est très lent au demarrage il y a plein de trucs qui se lancent et je ne pense pas que ce soit necessaire mais j'hésite à les enlever. Voici ma page de demarrage :

Alors à mon avis tu peux désactiver sans aucun souci (au contraire) la Sidebar de Windows Vista (dans laquelle on a découvert des failles de sécurité), à moins que tu ne l'utilises. Tu peux la désactiver directement depuis les options de la Sidebar.
La mise à jour automatique de Sun JAVA peut très bien se faire manuellement depuis le panneau de configuration, donc ne te prive pas pour l'enlever du démarrage automatique.
La recherche rapide de Microsoft Office ainsi que son démarrage rapide (celui-ci tu peux l'effacer directement depuis le menu "Démarrage" du "Menu Démarrer") ne servent pas à grand-chose. Quant à la mise en mémoire d'OpenOffice au démarrage de Windows, elle n'est vraiment pas indispensable, tu peux décocher son lancement automatique depuis les options du programme lui-même.
Si tu n'utilises pas Windows Defender et si tu lui préfères d'autres logiciels anti-espions (j'ai vu que tu as installé Spybot -d'ailleurs le "TeaTimer" est le composant qui te protège contre les modifications de ta base de registre-) , tu peux le désactiver, sinon il a la fâcheuse tendance à scanner tout ton ordi tous les jours. Par contre, là, il faut aller désactiver le service dans le panneau de configuration (Panneau de config>Outils d'administration>Services>Windows Defender)
La ligne Google Toolbar Notifier te permet de garder Google comme moteur de recherche par défaut donc ce n'est pas indispensable mais je ne sais pas s'il est possible de la désactiver autrement qu'en désinstallant la Google Toolbar.
Tu peux sûrement désactiver le lancement automatique de Foxmail et aller chercher tes mails manuellement...
Les lignes contenant IGFX correspondent à ta carte graphique, ou au moins à ton chipset graphique. Mieux vaut les laisser tranquille.
Je suppose que tu as une imprimante Lexmark mais je ne sais pas à quoi correspond le Button Manager...
Le logiciel Desktop SMS, tu peux le désactiver aussi.
Synaptics (SynTPStart), c'est le touchpad de ton ordi.
Ne touche bien évidemment à Avast! sous aucun prétexte, à moins que tu n'aies une bonne raison de le faire.
Pour le reste, c'est-à-dire toute les lignes contenant Toshiba, vois dans le manuel de ton ordi à quoi correspondent tous ces utilitaires et vois ceux dont tu as vraiment besoin. Ils correspondent en général à tous les boutons multimédia présent sur le clavier et à la gestion de la webcam.

Un dernier conseil, plutôt que de supprimer définitivement certains éléments du démarrage, tu peux tout simplement les désactiver (parce qu'après tout, la prudence est toujours de mise en informatique...). Pour cela utlise la commande Executer du Menu Démarrer et tape: "msconfig" (sans les guillemets, même si ça marche aussi avec). Dans l'onglet "Démarrage" décoche tout ce que tu ne veux plus voir se lancer automatiquement et clique sur "Appliquer". Windows te demandera sûrement de redémarrer pour appliquer les changements.
