Functionalities.
File
New: create a new GUL document to store you URL, it close the old one.
Open: open a GUL file.
Save: Save the current GUL file already created.
Save As: choose this icon to store the GUL file where you want on the disk, with the name you want.
Compare: compare with the web browser and load only the URL differents in the 'Check' folder.
Import: you have the choice to import the URL list from your favorite web browser
Export: you have the choice to export the URL list to your favorite web browser
Print with Microsoft Word: print your URL list using Word template. Microsoft Word has to be installed.
Preference: give you the possibility to choose how to load your URL.
Send: send the gul file to a friend if an e-mail sender is installed.
Exit: quit the GUL software
Edit
search: open a search area in which you can write the text you want to find
search next: to search the next occurance of the text
edit: edit the URL link
cut: cut an URL link
copy: copy a folder or an URL link
paste: paste a folder or an URL link
select all: select all URL links of the current folder
View
toolbar: hide/view the toolbar in the top of GUL window
search bar: hide/view search bar in the top of GUL window
status bar: hide/view status bar to the the bottom of GUL window

Folder area:
By clicking with the right mouse button in this area:
- you will be able to create a new folder,
- you will be able to edit the name of the selected folder,
- you will be able to copy the selected folder,
- you will be able to paste the selected folder,
- you will be able to delete the selected folder.

URL area:
A right click is used to open a menu in the link area.
- If you have already selected a link, you can 'Open' it, or 'Open it in a new window' (a new web page).
- 'New' give the possibility to create a new GUL URL link (if you have already selected and copy it from your web browser, it will be more easy to do)
- 'Edit' edit the box related to the URL.
- 'Delete' delete an URL link (put it in Trash folder).
- 'Cut' delete an URL link, and put it in clipboard. (Beware, a second cut erase the first link).
- 'Copy' copy an URL link to clipboard.
- 'Paste' paste an URL link you had already cut or copy.
